GameChanger Return and Exchange Policy

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SPECIFICALLY FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR CUSTOMERS, GAMECHANGER DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED/USED PRODUCTS OR ALLOW ANY EXCHANGES.  We will accept returns for unopened Products in their original sealed packaging on the original sealed plastic wrap (if any) ordered directly through our website for up to 14 days after delivery, provided you pay for the return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable, with the exception of damaged product as a result of manufacturing or shipping error as set forth below.  To request a refund, email customerservice@gamechangerpatch.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis based on the facts, and as set for the herein.  Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your bank statement or credit card statement. Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

GameChanger shipments are inspected for quality and correctness. However, should your order arrive damaged or items are missing, all claims must be made within 72 hours to  customerservice@gamechangerpatch.com. Our team will require a full description of the damage to the product, and may require supplemental photo evidence. Refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis as outlined in the above sections.

Third Party Sellers

Products ordered through a third party are subject to the relevant return, shipping, and refund terms set forth by said person and must be handled with them directly.
